I think I'm free now, but even writing this question made me reflect on the heavy burdens that I used to carry.

There's really a lot that has happened in the past
I think it made us stronger and who we are today
I agree that all we face in life should be viewed as a lesson of our journey. We might not see it this way when facing trials and tribulations, but it's always beneficial to look back and reflect.
