Me alegra poder pasar por aquí después de varios días de ocupaciones, y los que faltan amigos míos. Este año la música me ha llamado fuera de Hive y la Coral Polifónica de Oriente se ha convertido en un espacio en el cual aprendo un poco más cada día, y recientemente hasta tuve que participar en dos programas radiales con el propósito de acompañar a mi amiga Maritza Reddy, quien maneja la junta directiva del coro, para promocionar la próxima Music Night a llevarse a cabo este próximo sábado 21 de septiembre en el Tratero Cajigal de ciudad de Barcelona a las 4:30 p.m.
Les comento que fueron dos experiencias geniales, el primer programa al cual asistí fue Agenda Cultural, conducido por Geraldine Portocarrero, en la emisora Dinámica 103.7 FM, ese sábado también nos acompañó otro integrante del coro, nuestro amigo Ricardo. Los tres estuvimos hablando sobre el evento y también sobre los beneficios del canto coral y el canto en general. Ese día pasé un momento divertido, pues cuando el dije mi edad a la conductora, ella se sorprendió, en ocasiones la gente suele dudar que tengo 47 años, al preguntarme por mi secreto, le comenté que mi secreto era cantar. Le hablé un poco de la bella sensación que me transmite el canto tanto como solista como en el coro, lo comparé con enamorarse todos los días y quizá eso es lo que me ayuda a verme más joven ¿Quién sabe?
La entrevista estuvo estupenda, la conductora tiene una energía bellísima e incluso invitó a la Coral a un evento en el Centro Gallego, en el cual ella da clases de Danza Gallega, posteriormente fuimos a la casa de Maritza para disfrutar de una rica parrilla junto a otro grupo de nuestros compañeros de la Coral.
El siguiente programa al cual asistí, esta vez solo junto a Maritza, fue Sin mucho protocolo, conducido por Adelita Sánchez, una animadora de gran experiencia en la televisión y radio, ella tiene un estilo jocoso y fue sumamente divertido compartir este espacio en su programa. Aunque llegué un poco tarde, debido a que el tráfico me detuvo, estar en Onda La Super Estación 91.5 FM promocionando nuestra Music Night Tropical fue una experiencia maravillosa.
Estas nuevas experiencias, gracias a la música, cada día son mejores, siempre están llenas de creatividad, vitalidad y emociones.
Para este próximo sábado voy a estar acompañada de mi gente del Coro en ese hermoso espacio que es el Teatro Cajigal, disfrutando de los ritmos caribeños y de la experiencia de cantar con músicos en vivo, estoy bastante emocionada por este momento que se acerca Ya quiero que llegue el sábado!

I am glad to be able to stop by here after several busy days, and those still to come, my friends. This year music has called me out of Hive and the Coral Polifónica de Oriente has become a space where I learn a little more every day. Recently I even had to participate in two radio programs to accompany my friend Maritza Reddy, who manages the board of the choir, to promote the next Music Night to be held this coming Saturday, September 21 at the Tratero Cajigal in Barcelona city at 4:30 p.m.
The first program I attended was Agenda Cultural, hosted by Geraldine Portocarrero, on Dinámica 103.7 FM, that Saturday we were also accompanied by another member of the choir, our friend Ricardo. The three of us were talking about the event and also about the benefits of choral singing and singing in general. That day I had a funny moment, because when I told my age to the hostess, she was surprised, sometimes people doubt that I am 47 years old, when she asked me about my secret, I told her that my secret was singing. I told her a little bit about the beautiful sensation that singing transmits to me as a soloist as well as in the choir, I compared it to falling in love every day and maybe that is what helps me to look younger who knows?.
The interview was great, the host has a beautiful energy and even invited the choir to an event at the Galician Center, where she teaches Galician Dance, then we went to Maritza's house to enjoy a delicious barbecue with another group of our fellow choir members.
The next program I attended, this time alone with Maritza, was Without much protocol, hosted by Adelita Sanchez, an entertainer with great experience in television and radio, she has a jocular style and it was great fun to share this space in her program. Although I arrived a little late, because traffic stopped me, being on Onda La Super Estación 91.5 FM promoting our Music Night Tropical was a wonderful experience.
These new experiences, thanks to music, are better every day, they are always full of creativity, vitality and emotions.
For this coming Saturday I will be accompanied by my people of the Choir in that beautiful space that is the Teatro Cajigal, enjoying the Caribbean rhythms and the experience of singing with live musicians, I'm pretty excited for this moment that is approaching I already want Saturday to arrive! ***I want to thank you for stopping by here and for being aware of my publications, although sometimes I don't have much time for them.
