Daily i do walk or jogging of about 3 km in regular basis, actually last week i observed that my belly size increased , so i decided to give sometime for my fitness, so from last 3 days i have started walking and doing some excercises .
this is the ground where i walk and run , and do some physical activities to improve my physical fitness , its very important to maintain fitness .
