Saludos amigos de SWC, hoy fui en la mañana a dar mis vueltas a las ballenas, me levanté decidido a ir entrenar y trotar un buen rato, la idea era hacer dos vueltas, sin embargo, debido a la alergia y gripa que tengo en estos momentos no logré dar mis dos vueltas como quería, solo logré realizar una vuelta y media.

Así que luego de trotar, me detuve unos cuantos minutos para reponer energías, luego de descansar continué con mi rutina de entrenamiento el cual era realizar varios ejercicios cardiovasculares y abdominales.

Motivado por los ejercicios procedí a grabar mi rutina de entrenamiento, así que en ese momento se me vino una maravillosa idea, grabar el video para subirla a la plataforma de YouTube y compartirlo por medio de esta publicación, es por ello, que decidí entonces, retomar la grabación de mis rutinas de entrenamientos para compartirlos con todos ustedes por medio de YouTube a través de mi blog dentro de la blockchain de Hive.

Greetings friends of SWC, today I went in the morning to do my laps to the whales, I got up determined to go training and jogging for a while, the idea was to do two laps, however, due to the allergy and flu that I have at the moment I did not manage to do my two laps as I wanted, I only managed to do one and a half laps.

So after jogging, I stopped for a few minutes to recharge my energy, after resting I continued with my training routine which was to do several cardio and abdominal exercises.

Motivated by the exercises I proceeded to record my workout routine, so at that moment a wonderful idea came to me, record the video to upload it to the YouTube platform and share it through this publication, that is why, I decided then, to resume the recording of my workout routines to share them with all of you through YouTube via my blog within the Hive blockchain.
