and no solution. My mother recommended that I go to Saime to present my case so that they would give me a solution to my problem. Arrive at the office at approximately 8:00 am. I approached the door where there was a huge line, I asked who was the last one, a lady answered me I am the last one, I positioned myself behind her and we continued waiting until the officer let us in. Then the officer decided to let us in one by one. When it was my turn to enter I went to one of the Saime employees, to whom I explained my case and that I have been trying for a long time to request an appointment for the first time to get an ID card and I have not been able to, to my greatest surprise is that the lady who helps me behaved extraordinarily well, she tells me not to worry I will help you, she asks me if I have data on my cell phone, to which I answer yes, she tells me well enter the Saime page and enter your username and password. I immediately entered the Saime page and entered everything that the lady told me to do. Upon entering the Saime portal, we had to follow all the steps. The first is to go to the option where the appointment request for the first time appears, then we go to the next step, where it indicates that you must enter the birth data of the minor and so on until all the information is complete. It was a long process since the system did not want to capture the minor's information, and to complete the signal was very bad. We were in that process for approximately 3 hours, and we could not download the form. The lady who attended me told me to wait a few minutes and then we will try again, and so we were until we managed to request the appointment. My person, grateful for the good treatment I had received, decided to go out to look for an ice cream and give it to the lady for the good treatment and her responsibility towards me. I went out to the outskirts in search of an ice cream shop to buy a cone for the lady. On my way, I take the opportunity to go into a pharmacy and buy a treatment that was recommended to me. In one of the pharmacies, a friend of mine came in and we started talking. I asked her what are you doing here. She replied that she was looking for a treatment for her father, who had fallen and injured his hand. I took the opportunity to ask her where I could buy ice cream. She immediately replied that the pharmacy where we were meeting sold some delicious ice cream cones at a very good price. I decided to buy a cone of ice cream with chocolate sprinkles and a Pirulin to give to the Lady of Saime as a thank you.cordial greeting to the hive community and especially to the @actifit Community. Today was a very tiring day, since I am in the process of getting my daughter's ID for the first time. From thea early hours of the morning I went to Los Guayos, specifically to the main street of the Los Guayos municipality where the mayor's office is located, inside the mayor's office is the Saime office. I have been trying to request an appointment for ID for approximately 3 months and I have not been able to obtain positive results, due to a problem with my user, I had already spoken to several people to help me and they were unable to solve the problem. Well, it should be noted that I went to the office because I was tired of contacting people to help me
