My Actifit Report Card: November 1 2024

Me desperté temprano para irme a trabajar, me tarde bastante haciendo varias cosas en mi casa por lo que viene apurado y resulta que mi jefe no había llegado jaja, estuve esperándolo y aproveché de ir a la orilla del lago de Maracaibo aquí en el centro y esperarlo ahí mientras disfrutaba el paisaje, aunque me de un poco de pena la contaminación que tiene el lago. Luego de que llegó abrimos y trabaje bastante rato, a las 3pm me fui a almorzar y volví con un amigo que vino a comprar algo y pasamos el rato hablando aquí en mi trabajo, salí a las 6pm de mi trabajo para mi casa y prepararme para irme a entrenar.

I woke up early to go to work, I was late enough doing several things at home so I came in a hurry and it turns out that my boss had not arrived haha, I was waiting for him and took the opportunity to go to the shore of Lake Maracaibo here in downtown and wait for him there while enjoying the scenery, although I feel a little sorry for the pollution that has the lake. After he arrived we opened and I worked for a while, at 3pm I went to have lunch and came back with a friend who came to buy something and we spent the time talking here at my work, I left at 6pm from my work to my house and get ready to go to train.

Sali de mi casa al club italo como a las 6:30pm y estuve un rato esperando a los muchachos y entrenarlos, ellos entregaron tirón y yo me enfoque en hacer básicos para tener fuerte la base de mis skills de calistenia, hice muchos muscle ups, fondos, fondos en barra, dominadas y flexiones y esto me canso bastante, los muchachos se enfocaron en negativas ya que están construyendo una buena base para dominar las pull ups, al llegar a mi casa sali de nuevo a farmatodo y termino siendo un día bastante bueno.
