Tonight, I hit the gym and completed my workout routine. I managed to do 80 sit-ups, 30 squats, 30 push-ups, and 30 reps with 10kg dumbbells 💪.
I also did a 10-minute run on the treadmill, which was a bit tiring since I haven’t been running much lately. It’s motivating to see myself getting back into my previous routine, just like last month.
After that, I took a walk to cool down and add a little more to my activity score for my Actifit report. I managed to achieved 10,540 steps! That’s all for today, Actifiters.
