Hello Actifiters! It’s a pleasant Sunday afternoon. I went to the gym and did quite a few of my workout routine.
I did 100 counts of sit-ups, 40 counts of 10kg dumbbells, 40 counts of push ups, and 80 counts of mountain climbing too.
The other activities that I did is jogging and I also did a short walk afterwards.
