Today was all about having a good rest, doing a workout routine at the gym, going for a jog, and a nice walk as well. My Actifit activity counts were slightly above the minimum but I intend to catch up tomorrow. I managed to get into the Top 250 last week so I want to target to reach the Top 100 level (if I have enough time and motivation this week).
At the gym, I did 100 counts of sit-ups, 40 counts of 10KG dumbbells, 40 counts of push-ups, and 80 counts of mountain climbing.
To complete my activity, I did a 15-minute jogging. Within that jog, I did 3-4 minutes of intense running. It feels good and now I'm sleepy. Good night Actifiters!
