Today it is raining hard here in Surabaya, from early morning until this evening. I bought vegetables from a local grocery store. They offered me new vegetables that they sell. This corn has a multicolor kernel. It is called "Jagung Pulut" or Waxy corn.
This corn has a sticky characteristic like glutinous flour. You just need to steam it for around 20 minutes and you will get the texture.
I made this for my 7 month old baby porridge. She likes it so much and eats it til the last spoon.
