Saludos, comunidad de #actifit hoy vuelvo con un nuevo reporte de mi parte favorita del día… Ir a entrenar. 😂

Fue una rutina bastante dura, aunque en realidad era un circuito, que en cuanto terminamos descansamos un poco y realizamos escaleras de dominadas, fondos en paralelas y flexiones para culminar. 🙏

El día de ayer fue un poco agotador, y la verdad me gustó mucho, ya que al llegar a mi casa solo me acosté en mi cama, cerré los ojos y me quedé dormido al instante. 😁

Greetings, #actifit community today I'm back with a new report on my favorite part of the day... Going for a workout. 😂

It was a pretty tough routine, although it was actually a circuit, which as soon as we finished we rested for a bit and did pull-up ladders, parallel bottoms and push-ups to top it off. 🙏

Yesterday was a bit exhausting, and I actually liked it a lot, because when I got home I just laid down on my bed, closed my eyes and fell asleep instantly. 😁
