Hoy me sentía un poco exhausto y cansado, y supongo que se debe al volumen de entrenamiento que he realizado esta semana. He retomado mis rutinas de una manera más intensa, tratando de llevarme al límite. 💪🏼
Con esta rutina, quise compensar el trabajo de hombros, ya que no los había entrenado mucho esta semana entre tantas sesiones. Me siento satisfecho con el resultado: hombros cansados, tríceps llevados al límite y bíceps que ya no aguantan una Lean planche más. 💪🏼🔥

Greetings, #Actifit community! Today I'm back with a new report and some pictures from my push workout, focusing on the shoulders. 😁
I was feeling a bit exhausted and tired today, and I'm guessing it's due to the volume of training I've done this week. I have resumed my routines in a more intense way, trying to push myself to the limit. 💪🏼
With this routine, I wanted to make up for the shoulder work, as I hadn't trained them much this week between so many sessions. I'm satisfied with the result: tired shoulders, triceps pushed to the limit and biceps that can't take one more Lean planche. 💪🏼🔥

A veces no es tan bueno llegar a ese punto, pero trato de dar lo mejor de mi en cada entrenamiento tanto física como técnicamente
