Today, had to battle the so called “yellow dust” from China on my morning walk. (Not racist, it’s actually called that, here at least, because, well, it’s yellow ). Was a little reluctant to breathe it in.
Hit legs at the gym for the first time in a while. Was giving them a chance to get used to 14,000 steps/day before getting back to heavy leg work. Did leg presses, held back on curls till next time, also did biceps, triceps and shoulder lifts with the pulley machine.
Hit a light walk in the park and the evening stroll as usual. Floating along in the strong breezy 22* C evening air.
