Portanto a Tensegridade são um conjunto amplo de séries de exercícios que envolvem movimentos, posturas, tensão e relaxamento dos músculos, e respirações teriam, segundo os "feiticeiros", o efeito de "parar" brevemente nosso "diálogo interno" e nos levar a um novo estado de consciência.
