Thanks Buddy, I wanted to capture the feeling and well a little cheating never hurts !PIMP

I agree! I often throw in a year 2000. In my opinion the nineties didn’t end until 2001 πŸ˜ƒ

I seriously love a good cheeseball. There's not much better in my book that good old cheese and crackers. When I was a kid we would go to restaurants that had a salad bar with bar cheese and those two crackers wrapped in cellophane. That's all I would eat! I heard Caulkin was thinking about buying the Home Alone house when it went on the market a while ago, but he decided not to.

I never made those cheese balls but I watched some vids and I really got inspired.

I love cheese I am planning to serve a nice plate with many kinds of cheese this Christmas but I think I will make a real cheese ball in 2025

I didn't mention home alone for a reason πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

I work in a town that is well known for their cheese. They even have a type named after the town. I can pick up pretty much anything I want at anytime. I really take it for granted sometimes. I have a couple go to cheese ball recipes.

Excellent compilation of videos.
Merry Christmas.

Thanks I tried to really create that 90s feel

A lot of classics where built in the 90s. Specially the GOAT drop the official theme for the 90s. I used to hold the original Christmas album.

Other albums that were a classic for me include the GOAT group of course. Boyz II Men, Christmas special album.

But no 90s Christmas could be safe in the Gold Age of hiphop so of course Uncle Snoop and crew should make an appearance.

Winter of 96 was the time is also the time they drop the hyper classic New York New York, when Snoop kicked down the buildings and set off the east-west coast war.

On the movie side, I remember plenty of 80s and 90s movies that made themselves classic on Xmass time. Who would remember Die Hard taking over LA and of course the crazy Gremlins. Although they were launched in the 80s, they were fully admired in Blockbuster VHS magic, which was a very 90s thing to do. I remember renting out Miracle on 8th Street and also the Anime classic Tokyo Godfathers.

I used to love Christmas in the 90s, probably my best memories. My young uncles-aunt or old cousins took me to the club after Xmas family dinner and I've got to spend a cool feeling rolling around their friend's house, and as I grew up into my teens, it was my turn to go clubbing on the 24th and visit friends of friends eating all their food.

One thing that differentiate people in Latin America from the US, is that, Christmas is a long party that goes into morning. Old people will fall asleep on their chair while young people will be leaving around 2am to the clubs and the after-dinner chat and be able have access to parties all over town before hitting the club. And then after, you either go home or you stay over someone's house since santa wasn't that much of a thing by that age.

Still it was fun, and also melancholic and also free. No problems, freedom of the night, and full of all around celebration. It was a key part of my late childhood and teens. I enjoyed it quite well and I hope other 90s kids did as well.
