My 2024 Hive recap | Let's see how I did!

I keep seeing the 2024 Hive recap so much and I got pretty curious of how I did as well.
I appreciate that there was this invitative made by the developers so we could do a bit of reflection on how active we were that year. @hivecreator thank you so much for the cool feature ^^ I hope this becomes a regular thing because it is really to be able to monitor your activity. (Well, for me at least 😅)

So I was really disappointed with my activity last year because I was pretty sure I wrote a lot more. But then I also remembered how much they sent me on the field for fieldwork and how often I didn't even have Internet last year. Then i also remembered hoe much I travelled amd how often I had to be out and without a computer to write comfortably on so now, it kind of makes sense for me.

So this is how I did! I was initially surprised that I only got to write 79 despite how sometimes i post 2 articles in a day, specially around September and October. Though after that I went silent because I got burnt out really really bad. Actually, I think burn out was my biggest enemy last year and sometimes I still have hints of that burn out too. Also with all the travelling. So much traveling 🤣

Despite how little I wrote last year, I was amazed that my rewards still got to this point ^^ can't say I saved much though because I admit that I used a lot of that money to clear my bills because I hate having credit card debt 🥲 and some of it went to the new house ☺️ which is now fully furnished and equipped to my family.

Then these are my top blogs from last year ^^ the top one is from my cebu trip and i thought that really fit the bill because it was one of my most expensive trips last year too 🤣🤣🤣 This year, I hope my upcoming Singapore trip can gather that much upvotes too 🤣

Aside from the quick stats on my account. I think I'm happy with getting 3 weekly author badges too ^^ and a lot of other achievement badges on hive. The gamification really helps boost morale for me 🤭
This year, I definitely want to do the 365 blogs challenge to make up for last year.

I definitely want to accomplish these this year 🥹 if not, then at least I tried to write and stay active as much as I could.
Also, you might actually see a lot more of me when I pass the interviews for this new job and company I'm applying to. So finger crossed that I get hired 🥹
