This video was uploaded recently to the WWE Vault YouTube channel. It features Rhino discussing memorable moments in his wrestling career.
Early on he discusses his PPV match with Rob Van Dam in ECW. He then goes into detail about his winning the ECW World Heavyweight Championship - unifying it with the ECW World Television Championship - by defeating The Sandman. It was an impromptu match toward the end of what became ECW's last pay per view event: Guilty As Charged 2001; and it took place right after Sandman won the title in what was announced as the PPV's main event in a 3-way ladders/tables/chairs match against Steve Corino and Justin Credible.
He credits The Sandman for giving him more credibility and predicting the crowd would react after Rhino won the championship. During the rest of the video Rhino goes into more detail about other ECW alumni during his time in WWE including Raven, Sabu, Tajiri and more.
Rhino’s video was truly interesting. The way he recalled the major moments of his career was enjoyable to hear. His ECW Championship story felt especially memorable. Listening to his experiences with legends like Rob Van Dam and Sabu really brought back old memories.
I had a chance to meet him briefly and he was articulate & passionate about his colleagues, especially in ECW.
