I continue in the process of adding more beets to my juices, although I have said before that this juice by itself does not please me in taste, but I am fascinated by its vibrant color, I feel it is full of life. I also like the natural sweetness and all the health benefits it provides with its high antioxidant content.

So in order not to eliminate it from my diet, I mix it with other ingredients and in this way I give it a flavor that I find pleasant.

Continúo en el proceso de añadir más remolacha a mis jugos, aunque ya he dicho en otras oportunidades que este jugo por sí solo no me agrada en sabor, pero sí me fascina su color vibrante, siento que está lleno de vida. También me gusta el aporte de dulzura natural y todos los beneficios que brinda a la salud con su alto contenido de antioxidantes.

Así que para no eliminarlo de mi dieta, lo mezclo con otros ingredientes y de esta manera le doy un sabor que me resulte agradable.

This time the result has been fantastic as far as flavor is concerned because I have mixed it with pineapple, which is a sour and sweet fruit at the same time, balancing the flavors. And for a much more delicious result I have added passion fruit with its exotic, unique and refreshing flavor, making this drink a concentrate of flavor, color and vitamins that will surely delight more than one.

Esta vez el resultado ha sido fantástico en cuanto a sabor se refiere pues lo he mezclado con piña que es una fruta ácida y dulce a la vez, equilibrando los sabores. Y para un resultado mucho más delicioso he añadido maracuyá con su sabor tan exótico, único y refrescante, haciendo de esta bebida un concentrado de sabor, color y vitaminas que seguramente encantará a más de uno.

Ingredients for two glasses:

• 2 slices of a small pineapple.
• 1/2 medium beet.
• 1/2 large and juicy passion fruit.
• 1 and 1/2 glasses of cold water.
• 1 tablespoon of sugar.

• 2 rodajas de una piña pequeña.
• 1/2 remolacha mediana.
• 1/2 maracuyá grande y jugosa.
• 1 y 1/2 vaso de agua fría.
• 1 cucharada de azúcar.

The preparation of this drink is very simple, just blend all the ingredients very well, taking into account that in my case I removed the skin from the beet and cut it into small pieces so as not to strain the blender.

So with my pineapple slices ready, I cut them into smaller pieces and took everything to the blender.

La preparación de esta bebida es muy sencilla, basta con licuar todos lo ingredientes muy bien, teniendo en cuenta que en mi caso le quité antes la piel a la remolacha y la corte en trozos pequeños para no forzar la licuadora.

Así que con mis rodajas de piña ya listas, las corté en trozos más pequeños y llevé todo a la licuadora.
