Greetings my dear friends and hivens users, lovers of healthy, refreshing and medicinal drinks, here I want to share a very good and rich combination of fruits converted into a rich and great drink, which will help us to improve our body and keep us healthy.

I love all kinds of drinks, juices, tea, I learned this from mom, she always told us that it is better a juice than a soda jejejej, since juices nourish the body, but soft drinks harm with their chemicals, in fact at home we have all kinds of medicinal plants to prepare tea, and we try not to miss even a fruit in our fridge. This is a legacy that I still keep and is passed on to my generation.

I named it Tropical Sun, because it is a perfect combination of tropical fruits, ideal to take it in the morning or at noon at lunch time.

Ingredients.

Tropical fruits, more cereal and spice

  • 223 grams of mango pulp

  • 1 1/2 cambur

  • 1 cup oat flakes

  • 2 tablespoons powdered milk

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1 liter of water.

  • sugar to taste if you prefer. In this case I prefer to drink it with fruit sugar.

The simple step-by-step preparation

The first thing I did was to weigh the mango pulp, then in a blender I started adding little by little each of the ingredients, starting with a quarter cup of water. Then I added the mango pulp, followed by the peeled and cut in circles cambur. I let it blend for about three minutes.

After three minutes of blending I add the oatmeal and powdered milk, I add one more cup of water, sugar, I let it blend for three more minutes until the oatmeal is well blended and mixed, finally I add the cinnamon, I blend for a few seconds and my healthy and nutritious drink is ready, I recommend it especially to those who exercise.

This drink is thick and feels like a smooth and delicious blend of flavors on the palate.
Tropical Sun is like catching a ray of sunshine and blending it with the sweet creaminess of ripe mango and the comforting softness of banana. Oatmeal, little flakes of energy, intertwine to give a nourishing, long-lasting base, while milk powder adds smoothness and protein. And to give that touch of flavors, a warm and aromatic cinnamon powder, like the spicy sunset of a perfect day.

Finally, this smoothie is nutritious, energetic, rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber, with a delicious tropical flavor and a spicy touch, ideal for breakfast or as a complement to a healthy lunch.
