Healthy Drink, Mango with Collagen

Greetings my dear friends of hivens, lover of a healthy life, based on healthy drinks. It is a pleasure to be able to share with you a delicious drink recommended by a specialist in the matter and that through the same one I make it arrive to you.

Taking advantage of the Mango season that begins in the months of late April and early May, along with the season also worth the redundancy of winter, is that when falling begins to strengthen with the water from the sky to these fruit plants giving that touch of sweetness to it.

When we consume the yellow fruits, it is not only a delight for the palate, but also powerful in the overall health, which contribute significantly to the daily vitality of the human being, providing many benefits to our body.

Therefore today I bring you a rich and healthy drink Mango with unflavored gelatin, as we all know this type of gelatin is wonderful for human consumption, since its high content of collagen offers benefits to the body, especially for bones, joints, skin, digestion, among others.

On the other hand the Mango 🥭, also contains its benefits since this fruit contains Vitamin A, B and C, minerals such as magnesium, helps the nervous system, muscles, digestive system, controls the nerves, heart, etc..

Therefore it is a perfect combination to regenerate the human body and health, it requires consistency to see results, without exaggeration. I particularly consume them daily because around the area there are many plants of this fruit hehehe I love it and I do not get tired of consuming.

Ingredientes

  • 6 mango bites
  • 10 grams of unflavored gelatin.
  • 1 liter of water
  • 2 spoonfuls of sugar.
Preparation

1- The first thing I am going to do is to wash the mangoes very well with enough water.

2- I proceed to remove the shell of the fruit, since what I use is only the pulp of the fruit.

3- I cut the mango into pieces, removing as much of the seed as I can, and set aside.

4- I weigh the ten grams of unflavored gelatin.

5- Once I weigh the unflavored gelatin, I heat 50 ml. of water to dissolve the gelatin.

6- Waiting for the water to get hot enough.

7- Once the water is hot when I add the gelatin, I begin to whisk until it is completely dissolved, turn it off, remove and let it cool.

8- In a blender I add the mango pulp and proceed to start blending.

9- I add two glasses of water little by little, and then let it blend for a few minutes.

10- Then I add the two spoons of sugar, this is optional since it depends on the person's taste, I always recommend honey or any other sweetener of your preference to make it healthier.

11- Finally I add the cold gelatin and let it blend for a few more minutes.

12- Once it has been blended very well, it is time to strain it to remove any residue left by the pulp.

13- As you can see, once strained, we can observe how beautiful the liquid of this drink is.

Que bien amiga, justamente estos días ando preparándole a mi madre gelatina sin sabor con mango y lo dejo cuajar en la nevera, realmente he leído que es muy bueno para las articulaciones y huesos. Además de esta manera es muy sabroso.
