If you continue to follow my posts continuously, you will know that I always share smoothie recipes in this community, not without clear reasons, I want to enjoy fruit more flexibly, quickly and with lots of variety without getting bored and living healthy habits. It's starting to grow even though the roots are still very thin and I'm starting to get used to it without leaving it. Although I am very busy with my schedule and if I can't make it myself I can buy it and of course with a clear note that there is no sugar mixed in it.
And my smoothies this time are to prevent cancer, and why I make smoothies which often involve several fruits and combine them. Like pineapple for example. This pineapple fruit is very suitable in combination to strengthen the taste and disguise some aromas that I don't like, such as beets and tomatoes for example. Apart from that, because smothies don't require sugar, cheap pineapple will also make our smothies taste fresher and tastier. So for many of my smoothie recipes I use pineapple without leaving it out. And in my smoothies this time I will share them with all of you.
The ingredients needed in this recipe are:
1. 1 piece of beet
2. 2 tomatoes
3. 1 glass of water
4. 1 slice of pineapple
How to make :
1. Wash the tomatoes and without removing the seeds I cut them and put them in the blender
2. Then I cut the beets and divided them into 2 parts, then peeled them and cut them into small pieces and put them in the blender
3. Then thirdly, I mixed the pineapple to get rid of the earthy smell in the beets and then
4. The final step is that I will cut the pineapple into small pieces and as usual I will also use the pineapple bones
5. Then I put the water into the blender and blended until smooth several times.
6. I can now enjoy my cancer-preventing smoothies
And this is my umpteenth smoothie recipe for all my friends. It's very easy and there are many variations, right? And it's best to reduce alcohol for those of you who consume it frequently and start consuming smoothies or juice if you don't have a fixed schedule every day. Keep following me with other smoothie recipes and greetings from me, Maytom, Indonesia. see you again friends.
I haven’t seen a beet. Is that a fruit or a vegetable? It is always best to look for alternatives that involve fresh ingredients. Thank you for sharing this amazing drink and I will try this but not with beet because I think it is rare to find that in our local market
Wow... Looks healthy and Tasty... Thanks for the recipe..
