Let's make smoothies again with local strawberries.

hello good evening all hive friends in this community. Lately my posts in this community have always been colored red, a sign of courage and a bright appetite...but in tonight's post I will fade the red a little to pink, but that doesn't mean I add unhealthy foods to my dishes. Because I'm the one drinking it, everything has to be maintained of course, but usually I make smoothies from dragon fruit or beets as the basic ingredient. but this time I will make smoothies from other fruit.



The ingredients I will use to make these smoothies are:

1. 7-10 fresh strawberries (I made a lot of these strawberries because our local strawberries are small, but if in your country these strawberries are jumbo sized then you can reduce the quantity or you can freely make whatever number of strawberries you have)

2. 1 bottle of strawberry flavored soy milk

3. 2 tablespoons chea seeds

4. 4 tablespoons oats



let's make this fresh and easy recipe

1. The first step is that I soak the strawberries in just salt water so that the dirt in the pores of the strawberries is removed then I cut the strawberries into a blender.

2. After that, put the chea seeds into the same blender but leave just a little for topping on the smothies later

3. The next step I did was mix the oats in a blender too and just like the chea seeds, I also separated a little of the oats for topping at the end.

4. The last ingredient I added was soy milk, then I blended all the ingredients until smooth

5. Put it in a glass and add topping or without topping, it's also delicious, of course.

6. If you want it to be fresher, add ice cubes or put it in the refrigerator before drinking.

7. The taste of these smoothies is fresh and slightly sour from the strawberries. Apart from being fresh, these smoothies can also fill a hungry stomach and last longer without having to consume junk food
