The big event (Founders' Day 2024)

Founders' Day Celebration – Day 1

This day was the start of our three-day Founders' Day celebration, and we were all very excited because it's tradition in CRMC. At afternoon we will perform our P.E. demo, which we prepared for . We made sure to be on time and practiced well.

Getting Ready

Before going to the complex, we took time to fix our hair. We braided it so we would look clean and presentable. My sister, @itsmemic, helped braid my hair when I got to school. After that, we put on makeup, organized our props, and made sure everything was ready.

We wore our department shirts, and they looked really nice. Before the event started, we also took pictures because we felt cute wearing this shirt.

The Bench Yell Contest

The event started at 10 AM with the opening program. Each department had its own bench area for the bench yell contest.

High School

They performed first and had amazing props. They are so creative and had a lot of props and their effort really stand out.

CCS Department

Their performance also was fun and I can say they all well prepared.

CBE Department

They had a cute mascot that made everyone laugh. The mascot even danced along.

Psychology Department

Even though our department had less time to practice, we were proud of how well they performed. They really gave their best!

CTE Department

Their performance was similar to the psych, but they added something extra to make it unique.

CJE Department

They had lots of props and they put gloves on, which made their performance look neat and exciting.

But the "Winner of the Bench Yell is the CBE department won the bench yell contest because of their entertaining aand creative performance.

After the bench yell, there was a flag-raising ceremony where the department heads raised their flags.

This was followed by a unity dance. Each course selected 5 students to perform together.

The last part of the morning event was a performance by the twirlers. The twirlers looked stunning in their sparkly outfits and danced gracefully. Watching them reminded me of the time I used to join twirling performances it was such a great experience.

Afternoon Event: P.E. Demo

At 2:00 PM, the P.E. demo began. We are all nervous. But we told ourselves to just enjoy it and do our best.

Our group might have been small, but we gave everything we had in our performance. and we were so happy and thrilled to win 3rd place.

CBE Department

They were fantastic and has a lot of students. Their performance was inspired by the movie Inside Out. They had props like a ball from the movie and did beautiful formations.

CJE Department

This was their first time joining the P.E. demo. They performed karate and arnis, which was different and exciting.

CCS Department

They also did a great job. They had a big group and used props like plastic pom-poms and hula hoops.

Other departments also performed well. They gave their best effort, not only to win but also to earn good grades.

Mass Dance

For the mass dance, the 2nd-year Psychology students . Even though we had fewer participants, they were able to win 2nd place.

Celebration

After the program ended, we all gathered in the middle of the complex. We took lots of pictures, sang songs, and celebrated together.
