Hello
Travelers looking for Humanism in Capitalism,
This is @rbaggo

I'm going to follow two pictures of my trip and reminisce about the memories.

Annapurna Base Camp, Nepal

The Himalayas, called the 'roof of the world' in northern Nepal.
There were tourists who visited this place every year because they especially liked hiking. That's what Koreans are like.
Of course, many other foreigners visited, but it was easier to see Koreans.

Nepal's travel themes can be summarized as education, Buddhism, and mountaineering, most of which are spent most of the time traveling to several peaks in the Himalayas or on a nearby base camp.

Among them, Annapurna Base Camp (ABC, 4130m), the most visited course, made me feel sorry for the portrait and memorial of the a Korean climber, captain Park Young-seok, Kang Ki-seok, and Shin Dong-min.

The most important thing to be careful about when climbing this place is alpine disease, which can cause breathing problems due to its high altitude, or can cause headaches easily. Most people don't shower, wash their faces with wet wipes, wash their hair only, and even wash their hair for fear of catching a cold.

Once, I squatted down for about five seconds on the way up to ABC, and suddenly I felt my head spinning. In order to adapt to the altitude, he/she stayed in the lot from time to time and came up slowly, but he/she did not seem to have fully adapted.

To adjust to altitude, people drink jjai (milk tea) with masala and lemon ginger tea. Drinking tea while looking at the beautiful snow mountains surrounding the area is also delicious.
