We are often bugged by many needs. Life has to be lived through something. These things are the basics which we need for our daily living. Day after day we have one need or the other. We wish we could have them to make our life easy. These needs are the basis for praying.
We cannot be overconfident on our own. We should learn to trust God. Trusting God with our needs makes us grow to have faith in Him. When we refuse to pray, it is a reflection of pride. It is the proud who have no regards for God. So, praying is an important aspect of our christian walk with God.
James 1:6-9 (KJV) But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.
A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.
Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted:
There are ways that we are to make our prayers if we want God to answer us. We should pray in faith. Faith believes that God exists. Faith believes that God is willing to answer the prayers we are offering. So, when we come to pray, let us pray in faith. Let us believe that God is hearing us. We should not have any doubt in our hearts when we are praying. Prayers must be offered in faith if we expect God to answer us.
So many people have good hearts but God does not answer their prayers because they are doubtful
They don’t know how to trust God and that’s one important thing we need to learn
Without faith, our prayers are nothing
When we pray, we should learn to have faith or else, our prayers may not be answered by God
When we ask in Faith, not in doubt, God is faithful to supply our needs.
What a great privilege knowing that we have a God that hears our prayers when we present them to Him in the right manner
