Hi everyone
Today my friends will come to my house and they are my close friends at the university where I study, I'm confused about what to give my friends, if heavy food is definitely not very suitable because they come in the afternoon. I still think to this day about what delicious food to serve my friends. Finally I asked my mother what food would be suitable for me to serve to my friends who would come later, my mother said what if they were served the serabi porridge rolls that my mother and grandmother often made for us. Immediately I agreed to my mother's idea to make rolled serabi porridge,
Because I'm not yet skilled at making it, I asked my mother to make it and I will help her while I learn to make the serabi porridge roll. Just straight away, mom and I prepared the ingredients and made it straight away.
✈ ingredients
✿ for serabi ingredients
- kunci biru wheat flour 1 kg
- Pandan that has been blended (as a natural coloring)
- enough water
- ½ tbsp salt
✿ ingredients for sarabi sauce
- Coconut milk 1 L
- Palm sugar ½ kg
- 200 grams of granulated sugar
- Pandan
- 2 tbsp sago flour (melted)
✿ After mom and I had prepared the ingredients, mom immediately made the dough for her sarabi,
- First, Mama transfers the flour into a fairly large container
- Then mom added the pandan that had been blended, don't forget to strain it
- And don't forget to add ½ tablespoon salt
- Stir first, mom stirs it using cleanly washed hands
- Then add water little by little while stirring, and Mama uses a rice basket to remove lumps of flour
- If the dough is as desired,
- Prepare the tablecloth on the stove and heat it
- Then, pour 1 tablespoon of the vegetable mixture then shake it so that it is evenly distributed as if forming an omelette
- When it is cooked, lift it and let it rest for a while then roll it up
- I tried it and helped mom until the dough ran out
✿ Then, we make the sauce for the porridge serabi rolls,
- Prepare the coconut milk in a pan and place it on the stove over medium heat
- Then add the pandan
- Add palm sugar
- Sugar
- And also sago flour
- Stir until the sugar is broken down and comes to a boil
- Then let stand and cool for a moment
✿ When everything was finished, it was time to taste the serabi kampoung roll porridge made by mom and me
- Take the omelette serabi and place it on a container where you can cut it
- Cut the pancake according to taste
- Place in a bowl or plate
- Then pour over the sauce
- And the village serabih roll porridge is ready to be served
How are you friends? Porridge like this is very suitable to serve when you have guests. When I served it to my friends, they had never eaten serabih porridge which was served in an omelette and rolled like this. Are you the same as them who have never eaten serabih with a dish like this, don't forget to leave your short message for my blog and my recipes and thank you for visiting Seli's blog today who always learns to cook with her mother.

Hi @sheliawati
I think we have already told you several times in your posts, not only in the vegan community, but in Foodies Bee Hive as well, that we do not allow recipes made by other people. We want to see you cooking your recipes throughout the entire process, and not just posing at certain moments with the ingredients or the utensils or the finished dish. Please take our suggestions into consideration and avoid being silenced in these communities. Thank you.
