Enoki mushrooms that I have heard a lot about lately but rarely try, which are very well known as Korean style mushrooms, maybe because these mushrooms are very often cooked by Koreans, they look delicious and very chewy. But this time I really want to eat enoki mushrooms that are simply fried with all-purpose flour and green eggplant, this recipe came from my own idea, because usually I often fry purple eggplant, but this time I want to fry green eggplant with enoki mushrooms. How does it taste because this is also my first time processing enoki mushrooms.
Here I only use 3 ingredients, green eggplant, enoki mushrooms and all-purpose flour, from these 3 ingredients you can make a very delicious and crunchy snack when eaten,Okay, I will start processing it now and I will also share the recipe with you all, I hope you like it too.
3 medium green eggplants
1 pack of Sajiku flour
Cut the green eggplant into slightly thick pieces and form them into round shapes, remove the middle part of the meat.
Take a few enoki mushrooms and put them in the eggplant pieces, fill them until full.
Once everything is formed, take the flour and divide it into 2 parts, the wet dough and the dry dough.
Take the mushrooms and dip them in the wet flour then dip them back in the dry flour,
Once everything is ready, just fry it in hot oil until it is cooked and golden brown.
The enoki mushrooms are ready to be enjoyed, here I add sauce and mayonnaise as a complement to enjoy it, and you can add any dip you like later, the taste is really crunchy and the mushrooms are really chewy and delicious as a snack for children and adults, I really like this snack even though it's my first time making it
I highly recommend all of you if you have enoki mushrooms, you can just fry them crispy like this, it's really delicious, and if you don't like eggplant, you can just fry the mushrooms, I only use eggplant as a complement, because I also really like green and purple eggplant, so I created it like this.
What do you think about this simple recipe from me, it's really simple, no need to use other spices because Sajiku flour already has spices, so we just need to fry it, just add a little water to the flour to make the wet dough, after everything is cooked, my child immediately eats it, he really likes the crispy ones, especially when dipped in his favorite sauce and mayonnaise. Not only my child, I as a mother also really like eating crispy snacks like this, because it's really easy to make, just cut it into pieces, dip it and fry it, hehe, it's that simple, yes, even though the method of making it is simple, it tastes really good, I myself didn't expect it to taste this delicious and crispy.
Delicious!
Thank you🙂
