Spinach is a very popular green vegetable in Indonesia, this vegetable can be planted anywhere, how to plant it is also very easy, it can even grow well in the yard, spinach is also very good for consumption because it contains Vitamin A, antioxidants, Vitamin E, Folic Acid, magnesium and many other contents contained in spinach, but spinach can not be eaten again after 2-3 hours after cooking, it is said that spinach can turn into a poison that is not good for health, so this time I will not cook spinach but I will fry spinach using flour, so that the spinach becomes crispy and crispy.


Ingredients

1 bunch of spinach
100 grams of wheat flour
50 grams of cornstarch
100 ml of liquid coconut milk
A pinch of turmeric
A pinch of coriander
Sufficient water
Sufficient mushroom stock

Manufacturing Procedure


  • Pick large spinach leaves so that the chips will be good.

  • Then blend the coriander and turmeric, because I forgot to buy turmeric powder and coriander powder, to make it more practical, so we just blend it until smooth.

  • Then we make the flour dough, add the wheat flour, cornstarch, turmeric and ground coriander, coconut milk and a little water into the dough, don't forget to add a little salt and mushroom stock.

  • Dip the spinach leaves one by one into the batter then fry until crispy.

It tastes very crunchy, savory, salty, sweet and basically it's really delicious and can be stored for hours and it won't get soft and it's still crunchy.
