Materials Used.
Bitter gourd: 2 medium-sized.
About 5-6 dry chili pods, finely chopped.
About 5 to 6 garlic cloves.
Onions 1 chopped.
Curry leaves.
1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
Salt as needed.
1 Tablespoon of sugar.
1 Teaspoon of Lemon juice.
A tomato cut into small pieces.
Coconut oil for frying
Method of making....
Let’s Prepare This Nutritious Bitter Gourd Recipe! To begin, slice the bitter gourd into pieces. There’s no need to remove the seeds during this process.
Next add a pinch of turmeric powder and salt to the bitter gourd pieces. Mix everything well to ensure the flavors are evenly distributed.
Next Place a pan on the stove and add some coconut oil. Allow the oil to heat until it reaches the right temperature. Once the oil is hot, add the seasoned bitter gourd pieces and fry them until they turn golden brown.
Afterward, add chili pieces, curry leaves, garlic, and onions to the same pan. Sauté these ingredients together until they become golden and aromatic, ensuring all the flavors are well blended.
Transfer the fried bitter gourd pieces to a separate bowl. Add the sautéed ingredients (chili pieces, curry leaves, garlic, and onions) to the bowl.Next, incorporate chili powder, pepper powder, salt, and chopped tomatoes into the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly to ensure all the flavors are evenly distributed and the ingredients are well combined.
