Yesterday was Christmas, but we made the Christmas worth what's called Christmas by preaching the the word. The real word i meant, the word of Christ, the reason why Christmas exist and why we celebrate Christmas. I am a member of RCCG, (The Redeemed Christian Church of God) and RCCG in most countries of the world, we preach the Gospel and plant a new church where we preached the Gospel of Jesus Christ and that's how RCCG spreads. We spent our Christmas where we preached the Gospel and that's how we made the Christmas worth it in our own side
Well it's Boxing day today, we've used yesterday for our Lord Jesus Christ and we have today for ourselves As we are free today, so we prepared something special for the special day and make sure it's delicious. We prepared jollof rice, plantain, fried rice and coleslaw and it's a very delicious one and we had something chill after the food.
Mum is a good Cook, so good in different types of food, so she prepared it while I was still on bed. As a vegetarian, we must make sure the plants worth more than what we just see.
Jollof rice is red colour, made with rice, red kidney from the plant, groundnut oil and colour
Fried rice is made with rice, corn, groundnut oil, green pepper.
coleslaw is made with cabbage, carrot and mayonnaise and it's so beautiful
Fried Plantain is done with just plantain and fried with groundnut oil
All combined and served by me and for me.
Had to get a chilled drink with it.
Nice menu for boxing day ❤️ today we celebrate it too but in a Japanese restaurant. Yesterday with family.
