Good day everyone I hope you are all doing good today I made a quick but delicious recipe using my red banana.
Today I made smash red banana with green beans and curry leaves
I love banana so much and it happened to be one of my best fruit .
Today I was thinking of a recipe I would prepare for me and my siblings and I remembered that we have red banana and then I use them to prepare it but at first I thought it won't be delicious because I have never smash banana for recipes,I only did it with potatoes but I decided to give it a try and so I made a little and it came out looking great and delicious.
I love it because it tastes good so do my siblings.
First I brought out all the ingredients I needed for my recipe
ingredients
- 3 unripe red bananas
- 6 pieces of pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 pieces of green beans
- 1 cooking spoon of red oil
- Curry leaves
- Salt to taste
procedure
First I cut my red banana and peel it and
then I wash it into the pot and place it on the cooking stove to boil.
While waiting for it to boil, I pounded my pepper , slice the onions, the green beans and then cut the curry leaves.
Then after some minutes the bananas was done
Then i brought it down and smash it with my plate.
And after smashing it, it came out like this.
Then I place the dry pot on the cooking stove to hit and I poured my red oil inside the pot.
Then I added my onions and pepper and salt and I fried it a little
Then I added my green beans and my curry leaves and added a little water to it and turn it.
Then I added the red banana into it and turn it.
I made sure it is well mix
And then I brought it down and my smash red banana with green beans and curry leave is done and ready to be serve.
I and my siblings love it and I know you will when you give it a try.
Thanks for reading, see you all in my post.
