Hi vegan friends, this time I will invite you to prepare one of the unusual processed dishes. That is a sweet soup made from papaya with coconut milk. This papaya-based soup is perfect as a delicious dessert with a blend of original ingredients at home, coconut milk and lemon juice to add natural freshness. Well actually you can replace the coconut milk with vegan creamer, but still coconut milk in my opinion is more savory.
This recipe is not new to me, I have prepared this coconut milk soup very often. But because it is often made on busy days, I can't take pictures. Today it was a coincidence that I made it while I was relaxing, and papaya was in the house this time. My mom brought it from the village when she visited my grandmother's house yesterday. This papaya is very fresh and red in color, and the type of papaya is honey papaya, so the sweetness is guaranteed. I will take you step by step through the preparation of this dessert. Let's check out the recipe!.
Ingredients
500 ml fresh coconut milk
1 pandan leaf
½ lemon
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
¼ teaspoon salt
Strawberry syrup (optional)
Making Procedure
The first preparation is to prepare the papaya, clean the papaya seeds and skin, then cut the papaya according to taste.
Next cut the lemon, add lemon juice to the papaya, leave it for a while in the lemon marinade.
Set aside the papaya pieces first, then cook the coconut milk in a saucepan add sugar.
Next add pandan leaves and add salt to stir until evenly distributed, let the coconut milk boil so that the coconut milk is perfectly cooked.
I serve in a bowl, then add a little strawberry syrup to make the color more attractive, finally add the coconut milk and serve.
Result
This dessert is a deliciously fresh coconut milk papaya. The combination of sour, sweet and savory ingredients is perfect for dessert. I make this very often at home especially when there is an abundance of papaya. I think papaya coconut milk is perfect for everyone. Good luck with the recipe, I'm sure those of you who have a lot of papaya at home will love this.
For those of you who want a different dessert at home try this dish, I'm sure you'll love it. The sweetness and softness of the papaya flesh is very delicious combined with the savory touch of coconut milk, let alone the fresh tartness of lemon juice. I think this is a delicious way to prepare papaya for dessert this time...

I never thought of putting papaya in sweet coconut milk unless using pumpkin. but if the texture of the papaya is too soft then it won't be as good as this. wow thanks for the interesting recipe!
