Although beans are a winter vegetable. But there are many vegetables available before winter. Beans are one of them. This bean has immense resistance to diseases. However, those who have hair loss problem can feel free to eat beans. However, vegetables keep the body healthy and help to boost immunity. Along with this, this wonderful seasonal crop always acts as a preventive against the diseases of its season. Eating vegetables according to the season is essential for everyone. Beans contain 1.8 grams of calories, which has a food energy of 48 kilocalories. Calcium, iron, and protein are present in beans. Apart from all these elements, beans are rich in vitamin C and various minerals, including zinc. Beans are anti-cancer along with relieving constipation. But eating beans regularly keeps the skin moist. Beans contain silicon-like material, which helps in bone formation. Regulates sugar levels to reduce cholesterol levels and helps control diabetes. Beans help cure blood dysentery. Beans usually contain good amounts of vitamin B6, which keeps the nervous system healthy in the human body and improves memory. Also, SIM is very effective in reducing migraine pain and as a remedy for allergy problems.

Potato is a part of our daily diet. No curry is enjoyable without light. But potatoes are rich in fiber which aids in digestion. Also removes the problem of teeth or gums of the human body. We eat potatoes with various vegetables more or less every day.

Pointed gourd or potal is an everyday aesthetic green vegetable above all. This vegetable is usually very fresh and available in abundance in our city. Potal is especially good for strengthening the heart, as well as curing bilious fever and worms in the human body. Helps keep the body cool. But we know that potal has countless health benefits that many people are aware of. This vegetable is one of the nutritious foods. It is rich in vitamin A, vitamin B1 and vitamin C, along with calcium and antioxidants. Which acts as a preventive against various diseases of the human body.

  • 150 grams of potatos
  • 120 grams of pointed gourd
  • 300 grams of beans
  • Amount of salt
  • Five pieces of green chillies
  • Like the amount of yellow
  • Like cumin seeds
  • Onion 130 grams
  • Gura Masala in quantity
  • 120ml of water
  • 70 grams of garlic
  • 90 grams of soybean oil

This green vegetable is commonly known as bean in our Bangladesh. Its scientific name is Lablab niger, we know this green vegetable as common potal, but its scientific name is Trichosanthes dioica, usually pointed gourd

Step by step making plan

First I displayed a selfie with my essential and preferred bean-potato pot.

Here I have thoroughly peeled the required potato and bean pods along with the pods.Next I peeled and cleaned the onion and garlic well.Then I put the dirt in a polythene.Here you can see all the materials we cleaned.

Here we have washed the essential ingredients thoroughly with clean water.

Here are the beans and potatoes along with the potatoes, sized with great feeling.As you can see in the exhibition,we have tried to make the onions,green chillies and garlic cloves very beautiful.

Here I put it in the oven first.Then I added the onion, green chillies and garlic ingredients to the curry.After that I added 90 grams of soybean oil as required. Mix the ingredients well. After that, salt,turmeric and cumin are given in quantity.After that I have combined well.Then I sauteed the potatoes and mixed them well again.

Here I have added the pots and thickened all the ingredients by mixing well.

Here I put the beans in the curry. Then we put 250ml of water.Here I have shown a selfie with cooking. After that I have added the necessary ingredients with powdered masala to add flavor.And again combined well.By mixing it well we can make the taste in the curries more incomparable.

Here I put a lid on the curry and heat it in the oven for 10 minutes.After that I mixed well again.After that again put the lid and spend 5 minutes and our recipe is done.Let us move on to the next.
