Good morning to all hive friends, how are you? Let me show you how to prepare a delicious and nutritious curry that I can share with you today. That is cashew curry. Cashews are not only delicious but also packed with nutrients. They are rich in healthy fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals. It also contains essential minerals such as magnesium, phosphorus and zinc, which are important for bone health and immune function. I added carrots and green peas to the curry to give it more flavor. And when mixed with spices and other ingredients, it has a wonderful aroma. Required Ingredients...
🍀 Cleaned raw cashews 100g.
🍀 Boiled green peas 30g.
🍀 A few cinnamon sticks.
🍀 Some finely chopped garlic.
🍀 A carrot cut into small pieces.
🍀 Two chopped Kochi chili pods.
🍀 Curry leaves.
🍀 A finely chopped onion.
🍀 1 Cup of coconut milk.
🍀 Salt to taste.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of Mustard powder.
🍀 1/2 turmeric powder.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder.
🍀 1 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil.


Method of making.
I discovered this cashew in my own garden. Consequently, I began by carefully cutting the cashew nut in half and separating the pulp from the nut, as cashew milk can be irritating to the skin. Next, I placed the cashew nut in a pot and added water, turmeric powder, and salt before boiling it for approximately 8 minutes. Afterward, I removed the outer shell from the fruit. However, it's worth noting that this step can be skipped by purchasing cashews from the market.

Next, finely chop carrots, onions, chillies etc.

Then take a vessel and add about 1 1/2 tablespoons of coconut oil to it and put it on the stove and let it heat up. After the oil is hot, add garlic, curry leaves, cinnamon bark and onion and let it fry for about a minute.

Then add chopped carrots, Kochi chillies, curry powder, mustard powder, turmeric powder and salt to it and mix well.

Then add green peas, cashews and coconut milk to it and cook for 4 or 5 minutes and remove from the heat.
