Hello, friends, and greetings to the community. After a few days of heavy festival food, my stomach wanted a little pause, so today I made a simple vegetable and fruit salad.
Ingredients:
&-8 cherry tomatoes
1/4 pineapple
1 apple
1/2 onion
2 carrots
1 avocado
1/2 lemon
1/2 pomegranate
Washed, cleaned, and peeled required fruits and vegetables.
Chopped pineapple, carrots, and cabbage, and cut pomegranate
removed kernels.
Here are carrots, apple, pineapple, cabbage, and onion chopped and sliced together with pomegranate pearls and cherry tomatoes, lemon.
In a bowl mixed all chopped vegetables and fruits.
Sliced tomatoes.
for dressing and topping used:
1/2 lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
3 basil leaves
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp mustard
2 tbsp roasted sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
Mixed olive oil and lemon juice added salt pepper, and sugar.
then mustard
Added chopped basil leaves and mixed them well.
Drizzled the dressing on the mixed vegetables and fruits.
and it is ready.
before serve added roasted seeds to the top
And avocado pieces together with roasted seeds

This is how I love a fruit salad. It's savoury and has different textures. Sweet crunchy and nutty. As usual your plates look like a painting. My eyes thank you.😊💚
These salads are one of my favorites, fruits and vegetables mixed together, I love that, it looks so refreshing and healthy, plus the dressing is amazing!
