I just found out that making bread is very simple even without animal products, seriously. Lately I've been busy with a rather long experiment. I often feel like there's something wrong if there's something I want to try but it doesn't work. It turns out, I understand why bread is so expensive even though it uses cheap ingredients. The key to the bakery world is EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE.
After observing and changing some procedures, I found the best way to make bread without having to use a mixer, although it takes a little longer than making bread in general. But trust me, this will keep you from getting tired and it works very well. I'll tell you the recipe.
Ingredients:
- 250 ml warm milk (I use oat milk)
- 45 gr sugar, 5 gr salt
- 370 gr high protein flour
- 6 gr instant yeast
- 55 ml canola oil
Those are all the ingredients for making bread that we will start at 9 pm. I need overnight in the refrigerator to rise. Of course, you have to use the right measurements to succeed, in fact I can with all of those ingredients. Remember, warm water or milk is the way to go to know that you are using the right instant yeast.
How to: put warm milk in a bowl, then add salt, sugar, instant yeast. After all that, add high protein flour. At the end, add canola oil. Just stir until everything is evenly mixed and there are no lumps of flour.
After one night in the refrigerator, I formed it on the oven tray. Actually I really wanted to form it like a flat bread, but I didn't have the right tray. So, it's better to form it round like this. so at least get a lot of bread. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
After the bread dough goes into the oven, this time I prepare parsley sauce.
Ingredients:
- Parsley
- 6-7 cloves of garlic
- 50-100 gr margarine (this is enough to make the aroma very sharp)
All ingredients are stirred and mixed. Get the jam to be spread when the bread is ready to be baked. Then I spread it by splitting the middle of the bread so that the jam absorbs perfectly and is very delicious to eat.
Do you think it is very easy to make? Let me know!
See you the next time hive friends!

I cannot describe how that bread make me salivate. You are really inspiring me to bake some bread on my next day off. However I will probably be too impatient and lazy.😊
