Hive-Reachout: First Outreach To Gata Compassionate Heart Foundation.

AIM OF HIVE REACHOUT COMMUNITY

Hive Reachout community is a community set to promote humanity through provision of social amenities and charitable giving. This initiative is built on the basis of love for mankind and to also serve as a support system to those who lack the basic human needs like clothes, food, shelter and good source of water. We are thrilled to support these individuals at the same time creating awareness about Hive Blockchain and nurturing people we are bringing onboard.

Last week we made a public announcement about our plans for our first outreach and God's willing it was a huge success.

We visited one of the orphanage home in Nasarawa State Nigeria and We trust God to continue to reachout to people through charitable donations and show of love.

The name of the orphanage home we visited is called "Gata Compassionate Heart Foundation" presently having a total of 12 children under their care with a total of 5 at home when we visited and 7 receiving treatment. The caretaker showed appreciations and was indeed excited the Hive Reachout team came to her aid with some of their school items, foodstuffs and detergents. Of course it is our greatest desire to put smiles on people faces who are going through difficult life situations out there and we are happy that is coming to pass already..

Our Next Line Of Action

We inquired about the areas that are a bit challenging and how we can be of more help to the caretaker. The caretaker happens to be an amazing woman who understood the importance of education and the importance of growing up a child in the way of the Lord. The children are already in school but she's facing some challenges in raising funds for the children school fee, she is passionate to see that they all go to good schools but her financial capacity cannot take her.

She also spoke about the difficulties she is facing in sponsoring the 7 children bills hospital bills, she spoke bitterly about how some parents are careless about the health of their wards, some of the children got these health problems from their parents. Their parents are aware they have communicable disease that can pass on to their kids but they didn't take necessary precautions to avoid such menaces and now some of the children are sick due to their parents negligence.

We at the hive-reachout team might not be able to take care of all this problems but we want to believe the whole of Hive Blockchain are part of the Hive Reachout team and we will be able to meet up with some of their bills. Just for the fees we are looking at raising about 200$ to meet up with the children fees not to talk of the helping with the hospital bills.

We will still be making our donations through this account both in liquid $Hive and in $HBD so as to visit Gata Compassionate Heart Foundation again, afterwards we will be moving to hospitals and schools to reachout to more people.. One of our aims is to help people out there through educating them about how to leverage on the internet.
We will be bringing newbies to Hive and continue to teach them how to navigate their paths on Hive as that is part of our goals. We have over 30 persons who have joined hive and God's willing we will update the community about the newbies and our visitation to the hospital and schools..

For the month of February, we received lots of donations from different users. In the previous publication we mentioned that we will be funding the community through support which may come in the form of liquid hive or even HBD. A lot of people both offline and online have agreed to join heads together with us to ensure the success of this project. We won't relent and we will continue to show the world that Love still exist and kind people still exist.
