Being a foodie,I am always very excited when I meet with any topic related to food. Almost all the foods are my favourite but there is one special food that i can say is my most favourite dish. Funny enough this used to be one of the meals I hated so much and my mum that time used to act wicked because that will be the meal she will cook everyday and I will end up not eating it and stay hungry if i dont have money to get something to eat.
One will be wondering what's the most favourite dish I am talking about. I believe most people will be thinking it's either Rice, spaghetti, beans or fries but No i just eat those but they are not my most preferred and favourite dish. Vegetable soup has come to be one of my most preferred dishes. Like I cannot stay a week without preparing it to eat.
This used to be one of the soups I had beef with and funny enough it is my mum's best dish so she cooks it always and I will starve each time she cooks the dish. One of the days i angrily said i will taste this food to know why my mum loves preparing it like almost everyday and to be sincere i think i liked the taste but that was a day after the meal was prepared so i settled in to eating the meal days after it was prepared so i figured out it won't be nice on the first day because of how my mum used to prepare it freshly little did i know i was missing a lot.
While growing up one of the days I went to visit my friend and he opted to eat vegetable soup and he said it was his favourite so I decided to cook just the way my mum taught me and after preparing it I joined to eat and then was when i knew that i was really missing a lot. Since then Vegetable soup has become my favourite dish.
Vegetables can be cooked in different ways. It can be prepared using waterleaf or okro. Vegetable soup is rich in vitamins especially the freshly prepared. I love preparing my vegetable soup using waterleaf and other ingredients such as fish, plenty crayfish, stockfish, Meat, seasoning cubes, pepper and onions, palm oil, salt, periwinkle with all of these been put into prepare the dish you cannot resist the urge to want to have a taste and this goes really well with Cassava Flour(Called Foo-Foo in my Local dialect).
This is highly nutritious and rich in vitamins and it is recommended to everyone to eat as it is Rich in Vitamin.

It amazed me that you had to need with the soup before ever tasting it. Haha
Vegetable soup is really a very nice delicacy, considering also the nutritional value of the vegetable leaves.
