@traininglog just finished a 6.94km ride, that lasted for 33 minutes.
This ride helped traininglog burn 73.0 calories.
Description from Strava:
We woke up to the “wonderful” news that the SEN had gone down (again). The SEN is the National Electric System. So after a blackout yesterday (Cuba time) from 3 pm until almost midnight, I woke up today without electricity once more. This keeps you permanently in survival mode haha… brilliant for the brain.

Luckily, I had filled the water tank, luckily I still had some liquefied gas, luckily I’m already at another level of desperation when these things happen; to the point that I did some household chores in the rainy morning, had lunch, and when I saw the sun come out and thought the streets might have dried a bit from the drizzle, I went out cycling in a very relaxed mood. The Strava data confirms it. And of course, with the Panasonic Lumix in my backpack to see if I could surrender myself to that deep meditation that photography is for me.
The electricity has practically just returned (it’s 8 PM) and I’ve been editing the photos from the unexpected shoot I had today. Good heavens, Universe, I love what my Lumix and I did with the light.

Yesterday we were also photographing clouds and playing with the moon, which seemed intent on hiding and suddenly reappearing… very entertaining, yes; especially when you’re in a blackout and don’t want to stay indoors because you’ve already read half a book and need to get some air. The rooftop is the best option to watch a cloud show… but that will come later. After I publish tomorrow in the community… which one? I don’t know… 😉 there are clues in these photos. Fancy earning a Hive?
I won’t go on much longer because I need to make the most of this illuminated moment I’ve got… you never know… here you can never tell when the SEN will collapse again.
A hug for you who made it this far, and may every kilometre you ride make you mentally stronger and freer!
