I agree to an extent on this, while education may not be a guarantee, it can help one get over poverty too.

But as you've emphasized on, quality education would also mean continuous learning. There shouldn't be a limit and that is why education is important for success.

Of course, education doesn't mean "four walls of a school" only, there are many ways to be an expert and find success in one's own definition.
