Morning!
I woke up late this morning as a result of my busy yesterday. I couldn't even do my evening skipping. Well we move.
Beulah4real just finished a full body home workout, this helped her burn 121 calories.
The second program helped me burn 118 calories.
I find that these apps help me achieve my goals and most times I'm clueless without them.
I didn't forget my burpees challenge.
It was a real struggle, however, I was able to complete it.
So I burnt a total of 329 calories.
We continue later, hopefully, this evening.

Great workout sis 😁 Strength training is really important but I couldn't do it anymore.
Man I miss strength workouts. Maybe I should try to incorporate some during my morning walks 🤔. I feel like my time is so constrained that I couldn't even do a little bit of strength training
