I was away for some days. This was as a result of my prepping for my induction which was a huge success. Thank God.
I have been really relaxed and even gotten carried away, anyways, I'm back.
Beulah4real just finished 5k skipping which helped her burn 612 calories.
Description: I tried skipping yesterday but was only able to do 500. Today I was determined to do more than that.

Depends on my energy and motivation.
