9 Suggestions

in the book the best thing is they have given a way through which a person can build the interest in the book. The suggestions through which a person can get most out of the book.
it's not about this book only but i am explaining these points in conclusion so that you don't have to read whole paragraphs and can get benefit from other books too. these suggestions are most important and can help anyone who really is willing to learn something from book and while reading and trying to follow these i myself feel quite well as by following i really understood the concepts which were included in chapter one.

  • the first point is we need to have will and desire to learn , to increase our ability to explore, deal with people.
  • 2nd point is Have a first look Fastly in order to get the knowledge or we can say trailer but you would be willing to go on next one but if you want to have real benefits you should reread it.
  • 3rd point is Think about what is written and How you can get benefit from it
  • 4rth is Always highlight the thing, phrase which you think could be benefitial for you or you could implement it in your real life
  • 5th is ** review the part once a month the more we read the more we learn**
  • 6th is Apply the things you read
  • 7th is Make rules and pay for it if you violate them
  • 8th is Self examination : you should check yourself whether you learned something really or not
  • 9th point is Make notes of what you learn just as i am making in notepad

Chapter One : If you want to gather honey dont kick over the beehive :

In the first part there is a story of the most unforgettable incident occurred at new york which was about ‘Two Gun’ and Crowley – the killer,

it was amazing story when i got to know about 150 policemen and detectives went to capture the killer i mean how thrilling that would be .

the killer who was thinking himself as a very nice person killed a policemen who had just asked for driving licence . as in the letter before his death he has written ‘Under my coat is a weary
heart, but a kind one – one that would do nobody any harm.’

And many other killers who don't blame themselves but think of them as a Nice and loyal citizens.

Lesson

the lesson learned from the Founder of American Stores John Wanamaker is that we should never Scold Anyone , No matter how wrong one is

Criticism Makes a person aggressive and defensive at the same time so its pretty dangerous.

Psychologist factors also gave me lesson that our deeds can influence much more than Pressurizing someone to do something

The story about workers not wearing safety helmets but once the person tried to teach them in a different way by telling them in logical and nicely they realized they were at mistake which could harm themselves. but when they were pressurized they do opposite when the Safety coordinator goes away

this tells us to be Good to every one in order to gain trust and to have place in their hearts and to influence them on your point of view.

Thats all for today i will continue reading more tomorrow and will share it with you all guys.

Certainly, as the book reflects very well, living in criticism is permanently cultivating enemies.
And of course, the best thing is to know people and interact in the best way, with our actions we speak clearly, that is our best letter of introduction.Hello @hassanabid

@hassanabid First of all thanks for your article. For motivation Dale's book is awesome. I have read his books and i think i should read again Dale's book.

Yes because re reading helps us to permanently learn those lessons

I really liked your first part of the book's analysis, just like you I thought it was very important the way the case of the workers who did not use the helmet was approached and the technique used to solve the problem.
Thanks for sharing your analysisHi @hassanabid
