I already documented on my adventure social media how I was the first Zulia native to complete all the trails on the southern shore (margem sul), a record that was registered on HIVE and on my new YouTube channel, and I feel quite proud of that; however, a hike that goes North-South from the "Capuchos" Convent remained pending, and today I am completing this hike that was pending. We are going to enjoy beautiful landscapes of the Atlantic, the city of Caparica and the Fte Telha Dunes, adding more than 10km to the total of the more than 300km we did in Portugal.🚩🧭
Dejé ya registrado en mis redes sociales de aventura cómo era el primer Zuliano en completar todos los senderos del (margem sul) un récord que quedó registrado en HIVE y en mi nuevo canal de YouTube y me siento bastante orgulloso de eso; sin embargo, quedó pendiente una caminata que es en sentido Norte-Sur desde el Convento "Capuchos" y hoy culmino esta caminata que estaba pendiente, Vamos a disfrutar de hermosos paisajes del Atlántico, la ciudad de Caparica y las Dunas de Fte Telha sumamos más 10km al total de los más de los 300 km que hicimos en Portugal.⛺🗺️
I'm so motivated at this stage of my life that I want to keep breaking records, because I'm incredibly passionate about hiking and discovering new things! My long-term goal is, after gaining a lot of YouTube subscribers, to start traveling outside of Portugal as well. And what will happen with HIVE? I don't actually plan to abandon it; on the contrary, I'll work with both sites and, why not, give the platform a massive boost through my channel? The route I'm going to take starts from this sign towards Porto Brandao, but we turn towards Trafaria and then we'll head south along the coast from the dunes. I'll give you the coordinates.🌍🏔️

I started a little earlier because I took a taxi to the small village of Capuchos, and from there I walked to the convent where I found the sign, and from there it's just a matter of following the signs. I know this whole area by heart, so I don't get lost, but please don't stray from the signs for you.🌍⛺

We've already done this route up to here; so it's nothing new to me. The landscape is semi-urban; only when we reach the dunes does everything become wilder, partly because the area is a reserve.😍🗺️

This is one of my favorite stages of the hike and the open forest within the dunes, because we can see everything; you can even see Lisbon and Sintra. From now on the path is new to me, I've never been through this area before.🌍📍

It's really from the city that we can see how high up we were and how dangerous a fall from the dunes must be; some tourists have already died taking photos too close to the edge of the cliff; that's more than 200 meters. Well, now that we're passing through the city, we'll make a detour to find the village; you'll have to go back through Capuchos, but from a different direction.🛺🚩
Verdaderamente, desde la ciudad es que podemos ver lo bien alto que estábamos y lo peligroso que debe ser una caída desde las dunas; ya murieron algunos turistas por tirarse fotos desde muy próximo al barranco; eso son más de 200 metros. Bueno, ahora que pasamos por la ciudad haremos un desvío hasta buscar la aldea; tendrás que volver a pasar por Capuchos, pero, por otro lado.🚙

Imagine you say: "I don't have the physical capacity for so many kilometers. Well, you can do other trails, there is one called 'Mata dos medos' less than 4km on wooden paths well protected from the weather; it is an option for beginners or people with small children.🚩🛺

It was very cool in the morning, and suddenly the sun came out and it was quite hot. Now imagine pictures of it being hot in late autumn, haha. That's the advantage Portugal has over other countries when it comes to hiking. I don't like to repeat myself, but I recommend you check out a post or video of me in the dunes BECAUSE THEY ARE SOME OF THE MOST IMPORTANT IN EUROPE.🧭🌍
Estaba muy fresco en la mañana, y de pronto salió el sol y hacía bastante calor, ahora imágenes en finales de Otoño que haga calor jaja, es la ventaja de Portugal a otros países en el tema de senderismo no me gusta redundar en hablar las mismas cosas pero te recomiendo ver un post o el video de cuando estoy en las dunas PORQUE SON UNA DE LAS MAS IMPORTANTES DE EUROPA🚩🛺.
