¡Hola, comunidad de Hive! Mi nombre es Sharon, “sharym” es un apodo, pero con unos pequeños cambios sin mucho detrás. Soy estudiante universitaria venezolana, cursando la carrera de idiomas modernos, aunque apenas estoy empezándola, pero, tengo las esperanzas en mejorar y aprender cada día más. Esto es lo que verdaderamente me gusta para mi futuro, me apasiona pensar en poder viajar a diferentes países y saber al menos cómo comunicarme con las diferentes personas para poder disfrutar de la experiencia; si bien desde un principio ya sentía aprecio por mi carrera, ahora que la he estado estudiando, de verdad comprendo tantas cosas acerca de los idiomas y puedo decir que he aprendido mucho más que sólo nuevas lenguas.

Hello, Hive community! My name is Sharon, "sharym" is a nickname, but with a few small changes without much behind. I am a Venezuelan university student, studying modern languages, although I am just starting it, but I hope to improve and learn more every day. This is what I really like for my future, I am passionate about thinking about being able to travel to different countries and knowing at least how to communicate with different people in order to enjoy the experience; Although from the beginning I already had an appreciation for my career, now that I have been studying it, I really understand so many things about idioms and I can say that I have learned much more than just new languages.

Primeramente, estoy muy emocionada por unirme a esta comunidad porque esa palabra que me han dicho al recomendarme este sitio, me demuestra que esto va mucho más allá del estilo de alguna red social, puedo notar que es un lugar en el que todos intentan relacionarse tranquilamente y compartir sus ideas o experiencias de una forma tan abierta hacia cada persona. Debo admitir que ya llevo un tiempo simplemente leyendo todo en general, ahora es que me he animado para comenzar a escribir y estoy muy feliz de haber encontrado un espacio tan grato en el que compartir mis opiniones; en cuanto a ellas, no creo que pueda dirigirme sólo a un grupo específico, pues tengo muchísimas ganas de participar en varios de ellos, por ejemplo.

First of all, I am very excited to join this community because that word that they have told me when recommending this site shows me that this goes far beyond the style of some social network, I can see that it is a place where everyone tries to relate calmly and share their ideas or experiences in a way that is so open to each person. I must admit that I have been just reading everything in general for a while, now I have encouraged myself to start writing and I am very happy to have found such a pleasant space in which to share my opinions; as for them, I don't think I can address only a specific group, because I really want to participate in several of them, for example.

Grupo de lectores / Readers group.

Soy fanática de leer libros, aunque creo que mis gustos van más hacia aquellos narrados desde la situación real de una persona o con un poco de ficción que a los de fantasía, pero no tengo ningún problema en leerlos de cualquier género, ¡y me encantaría si pudieran sugerirme alguno! Estoy abierta a todas las opciones. Recuerdo haber empezado a leer en cuanto me regalaron el primer libro de “Los Juegos del Hambre” y desde ahí creo que empecé a adoptar esta fascinación que se me ha vuelto tan adictiva con el paso de los años. Además, he notado que existe un grupo para escribir historias propias y espero encontrarme allí pronto con algún proyecto nuevo que me llegue en mente o quizás hasta relatarles algunos viejos con los que empecé, ¡pero dejaré esos detalles para otro post!

I am a fan of reading books, although I think my tastes go more towards those narrated from the real situation of a person or with a bit of fiction than fantasy ones, but I have no problem reading them of any genre, and I would love to if you could suggest me some! I am open to all options. I remember starting to read as soon as they gave me the first book on "The Hunger Games" and from there I think I started to embrace this fascination that has become so addictive over the years. In addition, I have noticed that there is a group to write own stories and I hope to find myself there soon with a new project that comes to mind or perhaps even tell you some old ones that I started with, but I will leave those details for another post!

Grupo de artistas / Artists group.

Desde muy pequeña me integré en la pintura y ha sido una de las mejores experiencias de mi vida, me ha ayudado tanto y creo que no podría expresar completamente todo mi agradecimiento a esta área porque realmente se ha convertido en un factor fundamental en mi vida. Estuve sólo en dos clases, en la primera no duré mucho, recuerdo que la profesora nos enseñaba acerca de las líneas, la forma de los trazos y esas cosas técnicas, mientras que en la segunda era un profesor que simplemente me puso una paleta en las manos, me dio varios bosquejos y me dijo que pintara el que quisiera... Allí empecé a usar un pincel por primera vez como se debía y, aunque la técnica tiene mucha importancia, sentí que este sí era mi lugar (y así fue). No sé si han visto un show infantil llamado "iCarly", en un episodio el hermano de la protagonista "Spencer" se ofende porque Carly decide ir a clases de dibujo y él es un artista, entonces él va a la clase para burlarse de la profesora porque ella enseña a hacer líneas, curvas y termina en un desastre, es divertida la similitud con mi situación porque me sentí como Spencer en mi primera clase, sólo que sin hacer una guerra de pintura con la profesora (alerta spoiler). Claramente aún me faltan muchísimas cosas por aprender, pero disfruto esto como no tienen una idea.

Since a very young age I got involved in painting and it has been one of the best experiences of my life, it has helped me so much and I think I could not fully express all my gratitude to this area because it has really become a fundamental factor in my life. I was only in two classes, in the first I did not last long, I remember that the teacher taught us about lines, the shape of the strokes and those technical things, while in the second it was a teacher who simply put a palette on my hands, he gave me several sketches and told me to paint whichever one I wanted... There I started to use a brush for the first time as it should and, although the technique is very important, I felt that this was my place (and it was). I don't know if you have seen a children's show called "iCarly", in one episode the brother of the protagonist "Spencer" is offended because Carly decides to go to drawing classes and he is an artist, so he goes to class to make fun of her teacher because she teaches how to make lines, curves and ends in a disaster, the similarity with my situation is funny because I felt like Spencer in my first class, only without making a paint war with the teacher (spoiler alert). Clearly I still have a lot of things to learn, but I enjoy this as you don't have an idea.

Estas áreas sin dudas me han llamado muchísimo la atención, pero también me encantaría mostrarles un poco acerca de los postres que he preparado (aunque soy novata aún, pero he descubierto en esta cuarentena que cocinar me da mucha tranquilidad y no se me da tan mal), mis opiniones acerca de series o películas e incluso mostrar alguna manualidad, disfruto mucho hacer detalles de este tipo, sobre todo a mis amigos y me gusta hacer cosas pequeñas, sencillas, lindas, que tengan algo personal de cada quién para hacerlos aún más especiales. Claro que siempre espero que les guste lo que escribo y recibir sus opiniones al respecto, conversar acerca de un tema y conocer el punto de vista de cada uno, ¡estaré encantada de leerlos también!

These areas have undoubtedly caught my attention, but I would also love to show you a little about the desserts I have prepared (although I am still a novice, but I have discovered in this quarantine that cooking gives me a lot of peace of mind and I'm not so bad at it), my opinions about series or movies and even show some crafts, I really enjoy doing details of this type, especially to my friends and I like to do small, simple, beautiful things that have something personal of each one to make them even more special. Of course, I always hope you like what I write and receive your opinions about it, talk about a topic and know each other's point of view, I will be happy to read you too!

Para finalizar mi presentación, quiero agradecerle a @therealflaws por enseñarme lo que sabe acerca de esta comunidad y por tomarse el tiempo necesario para ello, y sobre todo por creerme suficientemente capacitada para formar parte de ustedes como comunidad (hagan como si no dije dos veces esa palabra en el mismo párrafo), eres increíble, Jeansito, te aprecio muchísimo como persona y como amigo. Ahora, muchas gracias a ustedes por tomar parte de su tiempo en leerme, haré que cada segundo lo valga de ahora en más porque tengo todo mi optimismo aquí y quiero poder transmitir todas mis opiniones, ideas o vivencias de forma agradable, me encantaría leer sus sugerencias ¡y les agradecería mucho por ello!
