Time being a Paradox!
Time is one of the most intriguing and paradoxical aspects of human existence.
How time feels faster in joy and slower in suffering is yet to be understood!...the tension between nostalgia for the past, anxiety about the future, and the fleeting nature of the now is intriguing.

Sometimes, time drags, like during a long, boring and exhausting lecture especially on Monday to Wednesday or even till the end of the week day... Sometime I get frustrated of how slow the time can be when having anatomy class in med school and it doesn't want come to an end while at other moments, it seems to fly, such as when we're engrossed in something we love especially now that we are on academic break and everyday I wake up I realized how fast the time and day approaches back to a new year and back to resumption, that feeling is always tiring 😂.

Einstein once gave a theory revealing that time is not absolute but it can stretch and compress depending on factors like speed and gravity. This challenges our everyday understanding of time as a fixed entity not totally and suggests that it is more fluid than we realize but I still believe it lies in the relationship with human consciousness. We live in the present, yet we constantly reflect on past and plan for the future.

yet we constantly reflect on past and plan for the future...Hmm no wonder we tend to remember our long memories and memories we have invested our time into... Giving me goosebumps about how I find it hard to move on after I had a breakup for over a year which I kept on having flash back and all or forget my childhood memories and even teen memories.

I guess the paradox of time reminds us of its elusive nature. It governs our lives and journey, yet it remains invisible and difficult to comprehend still. Understanding this paradox invites us to embrace the present, reflect on the past with wisdom and total sincerity, and approach the future with curiosity, making peace with the flow of time rather than resisting it.

BUT WHY PLAN WITH TIME
Time is one of the most valuable resources we possess, yet it is also one of the most limited... Which is why we saying time is the most valuable asses on HumanUnlike money or material possessions, time cannot be earned back once it is spent. This makes planning with time essential for achieving personal and professional goals, maintaining balance, consistency and living a fulfilling life... No wonder there is a saying in Africa that "Time no dey wait for anybody" meaning Time doesn't stop for anyone.

LoL... Time can only wait for you if you are God of speed or Flash.... Just joking let get get back to the serious issue."

Planning with time promotes efficiency and allows us to prioritize what truly matters. Without a clear plan, it's easy to get caught up in distractions( we all get to experience this one way or the order, Mine is through my phone, that why most of the time I try to find other things to do than being with my phone and just scrolling through the internet for hours... And I think that is where discipline and principles come in but that will be a topic for another day.

By organizing our time effectively and setting routine, we can focus on activities that align with our values, goal and aspirations, ensuring that we move closer to our long-term objectives and attaining a well spent time and Success at the end.

To round it up....planning with time is about maximizing its value, being mindful of how we spend each moment , we can create a life that is not only productive but also meaningful, balanced, and fulfilling.
