Estoy realmente emocionada porque por fin pude usar un pincel de acuarela en Ibis Paint! Hace mucho que quería hacer ilustraciones con pintura en acuarela pero ninguno de los pinceles era lo suficientemente bueno. Y ahora he probado uno que me encantó. Se ve lo suficientemente bueno tomando en cuenta las limitaciones de una aplicación gratis.
Les mostraré de cerca cómo lo hice.

Happy to greet you again, Hivers! I'm really excited because I was finally able to use a watercolor brush in Ibis Paint! I have wanted to do illustrations with watercolor paint for a long time but none of the brushes were good enough. And now I have tried one that I loved. It looks good enough considering the limitations of a free app.
I'll show you up close how I did it.

El pincel tiene sus mañas, pero una vez que se domina da un pintado bastante satisfactorio. Después de colocar los colores base y agregar las sombras ya se veía bien encaminada la ilustración. Usé una sola capa para agregar los detalles generales y funcionó bien.

The brush has its tricks, but once mastered it gives a quite satisfactory painting. After placing the base colors and adding the shadows, the illustration already looked well underway. I used a single layer to add the overall details and it worked well.

Esta es la imagen de referencia que usé y el boceto que hice. Básicamente tomé las formas principales y agregué los detalles bajo mis propios criterios, por lo que la ilustración no es exactamente igual a la original.

This is the reference image I used and the sketch I made. I basically took the main shapes and added the details under my own criteria, so the illustration is not exactly the same as the original.

No necesité tantas capaz esta vez. Fue una ilustración sencilla pero me llevó 7 horas no continuas terminarla!
Valió la pena.

I didn't need as many layers this time. It was a simple illustration but it took me 7 hours to finish! It was worth it.
