The giant flowers (mixed media on paper)

Hello hivers, an happy Monday to you all! Today the Sun is shining on the sky over my city and everything looks so brilliant around.
I spent a part of my day exercising my imagination and my hands, an activity I love so much and very useful for my work on art. As I use to tell, the creative process is the longer and difficult step for artist, more than the technique part (the part with brushes and colors).

Since some months I started to help my imagination to think about new ideas working on some scraps of paper that I use to create scene and today I decided to understand how some giant flowers could work in my own illustrative style.

In the following pic, you can see the final result:

As you can see, I used my colors and brushes on 3 scraps of paper in form of an house and 2 different flowers in blue and red, just to see if those colors and thos form could work together in a way I could appreciate.
They are mixed media (oil colors and white ink) painting on around 300 gsm paper.
As usual, I took some pics while I was painted these flowers so you can see the process too:
