Recently I came up with quite an unoriginal idea - to flip some cards with big differences in value when it comes to those listed for sale in Gods vs. ETH. I dropped that idea fairly quickly as it turned out that bots already overrun that market and adjust their price depending on lowest listing. Nevertheless before I realized that I have already invested some time to write a script that would fetch data on sales and prices of specific cards listed on immutable market and compare them in terms of their dollar value when listed in Gods/ETH, using immutable X marketplace API. I thought it would be a waste to throw away that script, and decided to share an outcome here. Please let me know if you find this data useful, if so I.d be happy to provide this sort of snapshot periodically, for example once a week. If you think it is not useful, please also let me know.
Full data available here:
Link to the data.
price_in_gods and price_in_eth are values of lowest listings of a card as of generation of the report (independently of the card quality - in most cases it means meteorite). dollar_price_in_gods and dollar_price_in_eth are values in dollars of their prices in crypto (with ETH price 3062.57$ and Gods price 1.83$). price_difference shows the difference in dolars value of Gods and ETH (negative values mean that price in Gods is higher, positive mean price in ETH higher). number_sold_eth and number_sold_gods are amounts of cards sold in Gods/ETH within last 24 hours before report generation.
If you find the above useful, I could also provide output of another script that I prepared - comparison of prices of core card vs. cost of their minting, designed to show which core cards are worth minting with an intention of selling.
Disclaimers:
Data is provided as is, without any waranty. I do not assume any liability for its accuracy. You should check manually before making any decisions.
Here's a site that does that for you: http://www.gustats.eu/cards_price
this is very useful for arbitrage! thanks for sharing this site.
Is there another tool that provides number of cards sold in each currency?
I was thinking of making it a recurring series, but the tool you linked seems to do exactly the price comparison I was doing here. On the other hand, this article got quite a few upvotes, so seems like some people found it useful. Do you think that extra info on volume of cards sold in each currency justifies posting the data regularly, or is there no extra value, and it would just be spamming?
I think volume on cards is interesting, but it would be much cooler for it to be integrated into a web app. I'm not sure about other tools that show volume, but who knows there's so many out there!
