He was completely fine, so the doctor allowed him to sell his kidney according to his wish. Zain came back and lied to his wife that he was going to another city to search for a job.

Zain was in the ICU and Julie was also worried about seeing him. She was continuously praying for his health. After a while, she went to the doctor to find out about his health.

" He needs to be more focused on his health as it's difficult to survive with one kidney but Zain is not taking his medicines regularly. " These words fell like a bomb on Julie and she was in great trauma, she was reminded of everything and understood the reason for her husband's absence for two weeks and the unexpected secret gift.
